Mokalik- The sneak peek.

After some break, the popular movie producer Kunle Afolayan has bounced back on what we know him for, asides his new cloth line,’Ire’.       
Kunle’s Son Darasimi went for a vocational training in a mechanic workshop in Lagos, his idea for this movie may not be far from the event and Tunde Babalola, the Screen play writer picking up the ‘Mokalik’ name from one of the scene’s of his late father’s(Ade Love) classics, ‘Taxi driver’.

His new movie ‘Mokalik’ meaning Mechanic in Yoruba tongue has Simi, the popular award wining singer on his movie which marks her debut acting role. The movie starred other actors too and we can’t wait to see the 12 hour magic the team created!

Synopsis
It is a movie shot in a time frame of 12 hours, showing an 11 year old boy Jaiye, spending some of his day in a mechanic shop, meeting with Simi, a singer who has never been allowed to shine by her parents.

The story may be classified under the comic genre as the movie starred Charles Okocha, the “Nunu and Identity’ man.
